- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.
