MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate Office team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage compensation and benefit.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide HR-related input and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Experience in compensation and benefit.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
