Overview
Employee is able to apply a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments involving complex features. The employee plans and completes the assignments independently. Work is reviewed for overall technical soundness.
Responsibilities:
Lead troubleshooting for sales team regarding customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems
Support the sales team in understanding and navigating internal sales processes.
Monitor renewal opportunities in SFDC to ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
Assist in the creation of contracts and other documentation as required.
In collaboration with SEBM team, pull together proposal and tender documentation for sales team on request
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data by entering information, performing data cleanup tasks, and addressing data quality issues.
Ensure that all necessary information for reporting is accurate, readily available, and effectively supports reporting and analysis requirements.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and sales teams to ensure seamless billing and collection processes.
Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing feedback on processes based on frontline experiences, helping to refine and adjust them for better usability and effectiveness.
Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement providing practical feedback on tool usage, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure that tools are used effectively in daily operations.
Assist the sales team with mass customer mailings via Groove for announcements and event invitations.
Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing support to help them navigate processes and tools effectively.
Assist in any other activities that are required at short notice to enable the sales team to succeed.
Able to Interact with Indonesia goverment bodies and is familar with all procurement systems and processes and is capable of finding the answer.
