Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and foster strong customer partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Preferred experience in digital electronics, including home appliances and CCTV systems.
