Assistant Executive Housekeeper

  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the overall housekeeping operations.
  • Supervises and coordinates the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensures that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
  • Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manages inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
  • Develops and implements cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Handles guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assists with budget preparation and control.
  • Provides leadership and motivation to the housekeeping team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
