- Assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the overall housekeeping operations.
- Supervises and coordinates the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensures that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manages inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
- Develops and implements cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Handles guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assists with budget preparation and control.
- Provides leadership and motivation to the housekeeping team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
