People Culture and Employer Branding Intern

  • Help in planning and executing HR-related events, with a focus on employee engagement projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of various HR initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding strategies on LinkedIn and the careers website.
  • Students, fresh graduates, or bachelor’s degree holders in any major.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in copywriting and able to provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, with a strong sense of art and design being a plus.
  • Willingness to work from the office at least once a week in Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
