REQUIRMENT
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and best practices.
3. Certification in relevant HSE standards is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.
6. Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues effectively.
7. Proficient in using HSE software and tools.
RESPONSIBITIES :
1. Provide HSE induction, HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness and best practices.
2. Field checks for HSE compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
3. Construction support, Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
4. Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and participate in HSE-related meetings and forums.
