About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on performance marketing strategies to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist you will be working with the B2C & marketing team and play a crucial role in digital marketing to make Igloo become the future of insurance.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage budget allocation and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and partners to explore new opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) and other relevant digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and analytics toos).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and optimization methodologies.
- Certifications in relevant platforms/tools (e.g Google Ads certification) is a plus.
- English spoken and written is a must.
