Responsibilities Area:

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and product development in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and market alignment.
- Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to guide product and business strategies.
- Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
- Understanding of technology trends in education and how they can be leveraged to create innovative products.
