We are looking for an Area Manager to lead our fast-growing team in Jakarta. Our ideal leader will have a strong background in managing teams, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team, achieving sales targets, and building strong partnerships and relationships with SMEs.

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead a team to achieve company targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with SMEs and key partners
  • Identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Pitch and present products to potential customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Experience in the SME or financial industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with SMEs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
