- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers.
- Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience.
- Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's sustainability initiatives.
- Having minimum 5 year experience in managerial position from 4 or 5 stars Hotel
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
