- Assisting HR-related reports as needed.
- Updating and maintaining Personnel file records and managing HRIS inputs
- Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters.
- Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests.
- Manage employee data and HR metrics (turnover rate, master data, etc)
- Handling employee letters (Reference letters, Paklaring, Movement Letters, etc)
- Handling expat formalities letters (Business Visa, ITAS, EPO, etc)
- Liaise with external vendors for agreements, vendor registration and invoicing.
- Assisting payroll processes
- Assist management of Corporate Legal Permits in accordance with implemented regulations, such as expatriate permit, WLKP, Perda No. 6, Peraturan Perusahaan, etc.
