Some of your duties will include:
· Responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, maintaining inventory accuracy & inventory value, and optimizing workflows to improve productivity.
· Develop and refine business processes within the Mine Warehouse and Maintenance to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. The Warehouse Superintendent will work closely with other departments, such as Maintenance Planner, SCM, Logistics and Inventory Control, to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, shipping activities and project.
· Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
· Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems.
· Optimize space utilization and manage warehouse equipment to maximize efficiency.
Ensure the movement of mobile equipment components running well.
