- Building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting all their inquiries. Including but not limited to replying chats, offering products, negotiating, follow up disputes, etc.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, growth and all initiatives set by the company.
- Create weekly sales reports and analyze the potential that happens in the upcoming weeks.
- Handling and updating online store attributes like product image, product stock, etc
- Work together with internal team (warehouse team for outbound, refund, marketing team for Live Shopping, posts, customer info, product team for future development needs, finance team, supply team, etc)
- Actively looking at competitor price, providing suggestion for market trends, etc
