Job Summary:
The Brand Executive for Sampoerna University is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and business growth. This position involves developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, monitoring brand performance, and leading initiatives to enhance the university's market presence. The Brand Executive will ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the university’s strategic goals and brand vision.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Sampoerna University business unit.
- Design and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track, analyze, and report on brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities (MQL/Student Body)
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to enhance brand impact and achieve business goals.
- Brand Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives to increase brand recognition and strengthen the university's market position.
- Develop creative campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Faculty and all SU-related departments to align marketing activities with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with channel marketing teams to drive impactful outcomes and ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign efforts.
