- Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing, utilizing CAD software to produce precise and accurate technical documentation.
- Create drawings according to the specifications and quantities outlined in the Budget Plan.
- Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Develop technical reports, summarizing project details, design specifications, and potential challenges or considerations.
- Collaborate with architects, operations team, and contractors to address design issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date project file system, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Construction Experience 2 years is required. Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
