MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As a Field Coach Trainer your mission is to support and develop the retail team in delivering the client experience to the benefit of store business. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach Beauty Advisors to become ambassadors & expert of Brand culture, values, and products. Being the Make Up Artist, you will represent Guerlain during workshop, masterclass and event in sharing knowledge and DNA of our creations. Your role is to partner up with Store Manager(s) to deliver the training path, enable retail teams to enhance client experience and develop skills to engage our client. You will spend about 90% of your time in stores between coaching, in-store training in small groups and events.
• COACHING & TRAINING: ELEVATE THE TEAM PERFORMANCE
➢ Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Beauty Advisors according to their needs,
➢ You will observe interactions with clients on the floor and through active listening and questioning, you will coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop,
➢ You will support BM / CM in building individual coaching plans after performing gap analysis of their teams, and in coaching their teams on selling skills,
➢ Provide on-going feedback to BM / CM on the performance/progress of individual team members,
➢ In collaboration with Retail and Training team, actively facilitate product training, including new launches, for store population. You will leverage on role play and on-the-floor coaching to enhance the benefits to the Client,
➢ Elevate team make up skills and confidence of the team by regularly monitoring the quality of their make up services as well as coaching them through on-counter coaching & practice, but also by sharing tips / tutorial on a monthly basis
➢ Conduct out of store make up training on new launches as well as latest trends in order to educate and elevate team skills and knowledge,
➢ Review Make up skills performance for each team member 3 to 4 times per year by doing assessment,
➢ Assist RTM in conducting out of store training on other categories and follow up on questions & coaching,
➢ In collaboration with SRM & RTM, identify potential Beauty Advisor to be groomed as expert and work on a clear roadmap to reach this objective,
• EVENT & ACTIVITIES: DRIVE AWARENESS & BRAND LOVE
➢ Represent Guerlain during private client event and provide best in class service to drive client engagement,
➢ Support & lead out of store and in store event to drive sales and share brand DNA to client,
➢ Animate the team of make-up expert to drive & accelerate quantity of services performed to customer,
➢ Create and engage a community of make up expert / fashion lovers to develop brand love & awareness,
• GENERAL DUTIES NOT RELATED TO TRAINING
➢ Act as a platform for sharing of experience / best practices among the stores on coaching initiatives/programs,
➢ Lead by example in terms of the company’s policies and procedures,
➢ Exemplary personal service and Guerlain grooming standards,
