What you will be doing:
- Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
- To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
- Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
- To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
- Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
- Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved
