This position is to support the Director of Commercial and being responsible for the management of the Brand DNA among its guidelines in the key areas of the hotel, Curated & dedicated events, Outlets Identity, Partnerships, Public Relation support and Loyalty Program culture.
What you will be doing:
- Assist Director of Commercial in developing and producing sales support materials for Outlets (newsletters, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.)
- Assist Director of Food and Beverage in the development and production of Scheduled Events, Partnerships, ADD & Bar Sales
- Monitor all Brand Guidelines and its evolution including preparation to Yearly Audits
- Representation as Brand Champion of the Hotel Image in and out the property
- Coordinate and lead all internal hotel special events, Outlets promotions with the aim to maximize ROI, Revenue and Loyalty, from pre-set, during and after activation
- Evaluate potential long term partnerships at the benefit of the Pullman Brand and the Hotel and its Outlets
- Stimulate the Loyalty Culture among all departments with the team and upfront all guests
- In Charge of Pullman Brand Identity respect, Outlet Brands consistency and upselling with Strong Loyalty Program support
