About the Role
As a full-time on-site Research and Development (R&D) Electronic Engineer located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in innovating and developing electronic components for our smart home products. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technology, contributing to the design and enhancement of our electronic solutions. Add-ons for this position to support the placement of our brands Matrix and Nex Parabola.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development of electronic systems, components, and prototypes for smart home applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new electronic products, ensuring they meet functional and quality standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot electronic design issues and recommend solutions to enhance product performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.
- Document design processes, test results, and project updates to maintain clarity and transparency with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electronic product design, development, and testing.
- Proficient in using design and simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging electronic components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes handling electronic products such as lamps, cameras, sensors, computers, and more will be plus.
