About the Role
As a full-time on-site Junior E-Commerce Specialist located in Jakarta, you will be an essential member of our ecommerce team, assisting in the management and optimization of our online retail presence. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the execution of ecommerce strategies, managing product listings, and analyzing performance data to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Add-ons for this position to support the placement of our brands Matrix and Nex Parabola.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing BIOTA’s ecommerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor key metrics and assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to align ecommerce efforts with business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to recommend enhancements.
- Assist with customer inquiries and order management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (like Shopify) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
