- Identifying user requirements and writing technical specification
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resource
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/information system
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR software.
- Solid technical background (i.e. SQL, Object Oriented Programming )
- Proven working experience as a project leader in HRIS software development
- Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct problem solving, especially in technical fields
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
