• Identifying user requirements and writing technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/information systems.
• Min 5 years of experience as a Project manager or a similar role
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), especially in the distributor company
• Solid technical background (ie. SOL, Object Oriented Programming ) - Proven working experience as a project leader in HRIS software development.
• Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct problem-solving, especially in technical fields.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
