What you will be doing:
- Following up the process all reservation queries, changes and cancellations received by phone, email, internally, and corporate reservations via appointed reservation channels and tools, according to standard guidelines
- Answer questions about property facilities/services, and room accommodations accurately, up-to date and individualized to each guest needs
- Verify and sell room availability with the valid price points, up-sell and promote all Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize hotel revenue
- Handle group reservations accurately from the initial blocking segmentation, status and rooming list update, billing instructions and record any specific arrangements
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly tasks as per checklist, including personalized pre-arrival process to build a positive stay experience and avoid discrepancies during the stay
- Daily reports for reservation, operational, and department head, including no-show, denial and cancellation reports supported by related correspondences
