Opportunity
As a full-time on-site KOL Specialist located in Jakarta, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance our brand visibility and influence within the smart home market. You will develop and implement targeted strategies that leverage KOL collaborations to promote our innovative products and engage our audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage appropriate KOLs that align with BIOTA's brand values and target market.
- Develop and manage KOL collaborations, including contracts, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns and provide insights to optimize strategy and content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate KOL initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for collaboration and brand enhancement.
- Foster strong relationships with KOLs and their networks to maximize brand partnerships.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related field, preferably in the technology or consumer goods sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the role of KOLs in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative collaboration concepts.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
