AYANA Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for AYANA Komodo to support our Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role will involve assisting in the management of all food and beverage operations, from restaurants to bars, while maintaining exceptional standards of service and quality. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of food and beverage trends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to meet quality and service standards.
- Manage and train team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement and budget management.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenues and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assistant Manager role within the food and beverage department.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
