As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be part of a project-based hiring initiative, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to contract negotiation. Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiation
- Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with Hiring Managers
- Act as the main point of contact between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and required skills for open positions, providing insights for efficient recruitment strategies
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, particularly in a startup or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience working remotely or as a freelancer, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates for various roles, especially in the startup or construction industries
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while staying organized
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
