About The Role
As a Front Office Expertise at Awan Hills, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional guest service. Setup the standard of Front Office. Lead the front office team, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining service excellence and team performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibility and setup the Front Office SOP for the whole operation team in the Front Office and guarantee to be implemented accordingly
- Supervise and manage the front office team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Shift handover properly within the Front Office team and Hotel team
- Direct report to Operation Manager as a daily basis related to the Operation Team in Awan Hills Property and other project.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a 3-star or local hotel’s front office or in the same hotel style is a plus
- Having experience for the Pre Opening Property was the additional plus point
- Willing to work on office hours from Monday to Friday from 9AM - 6PM and standby for the hybrid meeting
- Willing to be placed in any AMODA’s Property location
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team, work under pressure and efficient time, and multitask efficiently
