Job Responsibilities
- Market Experimentation
Reach out to different potential clients and find out about their pain points to see where our product stands. - Market Awareness
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring our product remains competitive. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality digital experiences. - User-Centric Approach with Integration
Champion a user-centric approach to product development, gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to inform decision-making. Availability to visit our potential client site is a must. Able to ideate short-term and long-term goals of a user’s problem and manage their expectations. - Product Metric Tracking (Data Driven)
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure the success of the B2B application. - Release Management
Plan and oversee product releases, coordinating with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of new features and updates. - Continuous Improvement
Continuously iterate and improve the application based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. - Stakeholder Communication & Management
Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external users.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Around 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Design.
- Task prioritization given constraint.
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with a focus on B2B applications (Web app & mobile).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools and analytics platforms.
- A track record of successfully delivering digital products both 0-1 and 1-10 that meet or exceed user expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to convey information to team through graph, diagram, and LoFi Design
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
