Trading Operations:
- Develop upstream procurement for Robusta, establish protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of operations;
- Execute trading strategies to optimize profitability while managing risk effectively;
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contracts;
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate the smooth flow of goods.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of global market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand factors related to soluble coffee;
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Contract Negotiation :
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts are following regulations and company policies
Supplier and Buyer Relationship:
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with coffee suppliers and buyers to ensure a reliable and diversified network, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to support the company's trading activities;
Risk management:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate price fluctuations and market uncertainties.
- Monitor and assess potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive measures to address them.
- Monitor and manage yields and quality throughout the supply chain.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on trading performance, market insights, and recommendations for strategic adjustments;
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of trading operations;
Sales Target:
- Build/find new customers, open new markets, ensure sales target and growth rate;
