- Establish and maintain relationship with contractors, general contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
- Negotiate on pricing, delivery and payment terms with customer
- Planning, tracking and follow up of sales inquiries, orders, customers forecasting and planning of each customer.
- Ensure timely payment of customers for deliveries and also follow up customer back order within the system
- Handling customer complaints, feedback in timely and disciplined manner
- Achieve targeted sales value
