Youtap Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Test Manager to join our innovative team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the testing process for our suite of products, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards before reaching our clients. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, building and mentoring a testing team, and championing best practices in quality assurance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing test strategies, plans, and protocols for the software development lifecycle.
- Leading and mentoring the testing team while fostering a collaborative and quality-driven culture.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Implementing automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency in testing processes.
- Monitoring testing progress, identifying risks, and providing regular reporting on testing outcomes and software quality.
- Establishing and enforcing best practices for testing, including documentation and coverage of test cases.
- Continuously evaluating and improving testing strategies to adapt to evolving projects and technologies.
- Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on quality assurance and team management.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing for Android and IOS applications and backend Java platforms and APIs.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing diverse testing teams, driving performance and collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge of relevant testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
