Job description :
1. Handle tickets from Customer Support on accounting system issue.
2. Helps users to better understand the accounting system.
3. Performs data analysis and data fix if required.
4. Manage ticketing system from CS team.
5. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Software Engineer, IT Infrastuctur, Commercial
teams to improve products and processes.
Job Spesification :
1. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Vocational School in Information Technology, Computer
Science, Mathematics, Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year experience in system support.
3. Has experience with Accounting system is plus value.
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
5. Has knowledge of Database/SQL is plus value.
6. Multitaskers with strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
6. Willingness to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere and within a team.
7. Respect for deadlines and desire for keeping the high work quality.
