Responsibility
- Coordinate and update incoming stock inventory.
- Make reports and monitor stock consumables regularly in the warehouse.
- Optimize inventory to meet warehouse needs.
- Request purchase orders from procurement as needed with the approval of superiors.
- Reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
- Receive and count the number of goods entering the warehouse area.
- Doing goods received and goods issues in the SAP HANA system.
- Arrange goods displays and memorize the names of goods in the warehouse.
- Checks the goods before sending and ensures that the goods have passed QC checks according to existing standards.
- Carry out packaging, weighing, and marking goods before sending them to customers.
- Create a Tagging ID on the product according to the serial number listed on the SO
- Sign letters of receipt of goods from suppliers and expeditions.
