What you will do but not limited to:
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day layer poultry operations, ensuring adherence to best practices for animal husbandry and production.
- Collect and analyze data on egg production, quality, and feed conversion ratios to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and conduct research for potential customers in area assigned.
- Make cold calls, emails, and visit prospective clients to generate leads and interest in products offered.
- Prepare and present engaging sales presentation to potential customers.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers to ensure business continuity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in layer poultry farming (egg)
- Strong knowledge of poultry management practices, biosecurity measures, and egg production techniques.
- Experience in collaborating with farmers and managing farming operations effectively.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis, with the ability to utilize data to enhance production efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges in poultry farming operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with farmers and internal teams.
- Passionate about sustainable agriculture and improving the livelihoods of farmers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in poultry farming technology and practices is a plus.
