QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Transportation Management
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
- Proficient in English
- Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Possession of PPJK Certificate is preferred
- Experience in handling customs clearance processes
- Proficient in PIB, NIB documentation, and end-to-end export-import management
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Understand operational management of goods shipping
- Understand PEB and PIB
- Perform customs clearance operations (import & export sea/air)
- Manage all matters related to shipping
- Responsible for daily export-import operational activities
- Operate various modules related to the Export-Import process
- Lead and collaborate with the team on customs and logistics processes
- Prepare PEB and PIB calculations and search for HS codes
- Maintain relationships with recipients regarding incomplete or missing documents
