- Operate mixer and crusher machines to process rejected jerrycan products into raw materials.
- Ensure proper mixing between virgin material and recycled material following standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Prepare and ensure the readiness of raw materials, including virgin plastic and recycled material, for use in the blow molding process.
- Pack and stack crushed and mixed materials in the designated area, ready for delivery to the blow molding machine.
- Handle the movement of materials and recycled materials for the mixer or crusher machines.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that mixer and crusher machines are well-maintained and ready for operation.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that crushed and mixed materials meet the required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Record production data, including material quantities, quality checks, and utility usage.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Always adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
