- Operate filling machines to produce finished goods jerrycans according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machines, prepare stock raw material and supporting material, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
- Lead all helpers to work as per planning to achieve production targets.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of filling machine equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Record production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
