- Assist the machine operator in operating the jerrycan filling machine to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare empty jerrycans, caps, and labels to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor stock levels of raw and supporting materials to ensure continuous operation.
- Ensure smooth operation of jerrycan input, capping, and control robots according to guidance and SOPs.
- Support routine maintenance tasks and assist in basic troubleshooting under the machine operator’s guidance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Separate out-of-specification products and place them in the designated area to prevent mix-up with approved products.
- Communicate with the forklift operator to ensure smooth movement of products to the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the machine operator and other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues related to quality, materials, or machine operation to the supervisor or operator.
