At Community Activation, our objective is to create authentic, relevant and relatable user-generated content with our Key Opinion Buyers who include our mothers, women and dads in the Supermom Community!
Project Based - Community Activation will focus on :
- Monitoring and activating user and community to persuade them to join our campaign.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, increase engagement, and maximize ROI.
- Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations.
- Leverage analytical tools to assess UGC engagement levels, brand mentions, and overall campaign impact.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, digital marketing or social media management, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated skill in project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably able to speak and write in English as well
- Available to work on a freelance contract for 3 to 6 months, Onsite in Menara Sentraya Blok M, with a working arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
