Qualification :
- Having experience minimum 3 years in Data Support & Inventory Control
- Prior experience in retail would be advantageous.
- Familiar with retail system / POS system
- Fast typing skills
- Have a good experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Basic math skills.
- The ability to document accurately.
- Good command of English both oral and written.

Job Description:
- To find good resource of vendors when needed.
- Purchase new or additional stock, or prepare documents that provide for such purchases.
- Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents in order to assess supply needs.
- Ensure stock availability
- Manage cycle counts/ stocktake of product inventories on a regular basis
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
