Responsibilities:
- Ensure, record, and retain day-to-day administration and accountable operation of the safety management system at station level.
- Control the provision of services provided by third parties and to reconcile invoice prior submitted to finance department.
- Plan, manage, and control the efficient operation of passenger, baggage, ramp, and cargo handling activities at all airports in Indonesia.
- Plan, build and maintain good relations with airport stakeholders and related parties.
- Ensure airside safety, security management, and FOD policy implementation.
- Ensure station operations comply with company, airport, and government requirements.
- Ensure operational compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Ensure all operational staff and contracted ground handling agents work in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain professional, clean, and safe station facilities.
- Implement and maintain safety and security procedures and programs.
- Plan and develop personnel under responsibility.
- Promote a culture of fairness and open reporting of incidents and occurrences.
- Communicate any information jeopardizing safety and security through appropriate channels.
