Job Description:
- Responding to clients' requests related to orders and issues
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales to customers
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and close communication with the relevant department
- Travel to the customer's site for a meeting, discussion, etc.
- Updating sales price to the ERP systems
- Control, monitor, and assure the goods are delivered to customers based on customers' need
- Building and maintaining good business relations with clients
