- knowledgeable and familiar with Dapodik System
- Familiar with School Accreditation process
- Have experience in dealing with government officer in relation with Dapodik and School Accreditation process.
- Produce and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi-annual / annually) regarding all activities or issues within his/her area of responsibility.
- Develop, maintain and improve the relationship with relevant parties such as school staff and teachers, students, and parents and other stakeholder, to support the achievement of the position’s targets.
- Provide administrative support in preparing and administering exam paper.
- Undertake the routine of telephone duties, take messages, and arrange internal & external appointment/meeting.
- Be responsible for the school data base.
- Recommend improvement as based on the facts faced in the school daily operations to the school principal.
- Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor.
