AYANA Hospitality, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin Guest Relation to join their team. The successful candidate will be an expat with extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and fluent in Mandarin, able to effectively communicate with guests and ensure their stay with AYANA Hospitality is excellently managed. Responsibilities
- Welcome and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Actively provide them with information concerning resort facilities and activities
- Handle guest complaints in a tactful and professional manner
- Collaborate with the front office, food and beverage and housekeeping departments to ensure efficient and effective communication of guest requirements
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
- Promote resort services and facilities, such as spa, restaurant, and retail outlets
- Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and requests.
- Must have at least five years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a hospitality or resort environment
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in hotel management systems to be an added advantage
- Must be willing to relocate and live in Bali and hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions to Bali.
