Some of your duties will include:
· Lead and manage security staff during shifts.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
· Conduct regular patrols to monitor for any suspicious activities.
· Prepare and submit reports on incidents and security assessments.
· Train security personnel on procedures, policies, and emergency protocols.
· Conduct drills and assessments to ensure readiness.
· Prepare and develop SOP in uni PKP-PK
· Enforce security policies and regulations to maintain order.
Address any violations and take appropriate actions as needed
