Summary of Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive at Rock Bar
- Manage and review reservations to maximize guest seating and satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional service standards by training and supervising guest relations teams
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Facilitate communication with kitchen and bartending teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the venue
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to uphold the highest level of service
- Assist in the development of service strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a guest relations or supervisory role in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in a beach club, bar, or restaurant is an advantage
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Experience in operating OPERA system
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open-minded
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
