As a Culture, you are responsible for shaping and promoting company’s culture. You will focus on creating inclusive and engaging workplace culture to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Executing the implementation of People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with Amartha' s value
- Champion and oversee cultural integration across the organization, ensuring fit for purpose solutions both head office and field office
- Collaborate with other departments to create compelling employee culture
- Develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Building and managing the company's culture and overall employee engagement.
- Measure benefit impact through cultural engagement surveys and use insights proactively to feed into continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience 5+ years in related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Having experience managing branch's office in all over Indonesia
- Passionate and understanding to create an inclusive and engaging work environment.
