As a VCA Managed Services Senior Manager you will manage and deliver managed services engagements for Visa clients in Indonesia.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Managed Service Project Delivery: Directly drive the implementation of VCA’s strategy recommendation by working on-site with Visa clients. Lead the PMO of strategic initiatives by collaborating with client counterparts. Initiatives will typically be in cards product management, portfolio optimization, operational improvements and campaigns.
- Managed Service Project Oversight: Oversee specialist VMS resources working on-site with Visa clients. Manage client relationship and overall project management.
- Business Development: Support proposal content development, conduct research on Visa and industry data to analyze potential client needs, identify suitable Visa / VCA solutions to solve client needs
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teams
