Job Description :
- Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experiences
- Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Understand of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Working location is in Batu Ceper, Tangerang.
